Not So Secret Agent Social provides pre-made, customizable social media content for real estate agents on a subscription basis. No custom content or consulting services are offered at this time.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer two subscription plans: Starter Plan ($49/month) and Growth Plan ($79/month).
All subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of your billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused content.
Special Rates & Promotions: From time to time, Not So Secret Agent Social may offer special rates, discounts, or promotional pricing. These offers may be available for a limited time or to specific groups (such as early subscribers) and are subject to the terms outlined in the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, special rates are not retroactive and cannot be combined with other offers.
Future Yearly Plans: At this time, Not So Secret Agent Social only offers monthly subscription plans. Yearly billing options are not currently available, but we may introduce them in the future. If we offer yearly plans, all details, pricing, and terms will be clearly communicated in advance, and you will have the option to switch plans if you choose.

3. Use of Content

Subscribers may use, customize, and post the content provided for their own real estate business and social media accounts.
Content may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with non-subscribers.
All content remains the intellectual property of Not So Secret Agent Social, but you receive a license to use it as intended while your subscription is active.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Changes to Service or Pricing

We may update content, features, or pricing at any time.
Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our content and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding results, engagement, or business outcomes.
We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our content or services.

7. Limitation of Liability
